Positive: The location is peaceful and surrounded by nature, right in the middle of a forest, which made the stay quiet and relaxing. The bedding and towels were clean and provided, which we appreciated. Communication before arrival was easy and friendly.
Negative: Unfortunately, the overall cleanliness of the house was below expectations. Even the trash bin was dirty, there were spider webs, and it did not feel properly cleaned — especially considering a cleaning fee is charged. In addition, the damage deposit is requested outside of Booking via bank transfer, and despite new guests arriving shortly after us, it took 15 days to be returned. The post-stay communication felt unclear and unnecessarily slow, which was disappointing.
Summary: Beautiful forest setting, but cleanliness and deposit handling need improvement.
